Standard Shipping: Ships from Malta via MaltaPost with partial tracking at departure. Final delivery is handled by the local national postal service of the destination country.

Express Shipping: Ships from France via GLS Express, with full tracking and 24–48h delivery to most EU countries. Not available for UK and Switzerland.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

📩 How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your account and go to Order History
  • Select the item(s) and submit a return request
  • Include the return coupon provided by email inside the package

📜 Return Conditions

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with accessories and manuals
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

🛡️ Warranty & Defective Products

  • 2-year warranty on unused spare parts
  • Installed parts are not covered due to their fragile nature
  • Please test before installation

🔄 Incorrect Item Received

  • Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product
  • We will cover return shipping and send the correct one

💰 Refunds

  • Processed within 7 days after inspection
  • Refunded via your original payment method
