Shipping Information
We ship to all countries in Europe. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) are shipped the same day. Our packages are sent from our partner warehouses in France and Spain.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and delivery costs.
- Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on package weight.
- We recommend combining all items into a single order. We cannot merge separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order individually.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours after shipment.
- In case of unexpected delays, you will be notified via email.
Liability & Damaged Shipments
- Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take special care in protecting fragile items.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
- If the carrier loses your package, we will assist you in filing a claim.
Returns & Refunds
How to Request a Return
You can request a return directly from your customer account:
- Go to your Order History.
- Select the order and the product(s) you want to return.
- Submit a return request.
- You will receive a return coupon by email. Include this coupon in your return package for identification.
Return Conditions
- Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product.
- The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
- If the product is opened, incomplete, damaged, or soiled, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Products & Warranty
- iPhone spare parts are covered by a 2-year warranty if they remain unused and uninstalled.
- Once installed, spare parts lose their warranty due to their fragile nature.
- We strongly recommend testing the part before installation.
Incorrect Product Received
- If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Return Address
The return address will be communicated after your return request has been accepted. Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back.
